Admission
Excluding coaches and players, $10 cash only admission will be charged each day for everyone 16 and over. No charge for children 15 and under.

Trainer
- A trainer will be available at Titan from 7:30am each day.
- Post injury evaluation and taping – no charge
- Preventive taping is available for a nominal charge.

A Gentle Reminder
We are here to support youth volleyball. Please remember that it is someone’s daughter helping to officiate and manage the score table during play. Spectators unable to support respectfully will be asked to leave the premises.
Custodial Service
That would be the tournament staff with some help from facility staff; please help us around the chairs, in the bleachers, and under benches.
Awards
Following championship matches, all gold and silver champions and the runner-up in gold will collect awards from the Championship desk.

To Know Ahead of Arrival
- Online Check-in (opens soon to club directors)
- Rosters are locked after online check-in. Email to request a reopening to make late changes up to Wednesday.
- Since the roster was finalized in AES during online check-in, no paper roster is needed. If changes need to be made after the AES Online Check-In, email Darin.

- Onsite Check-In Saturday
- Head Coach – At least 30 minutes prior to team’s first match, visit the tournament desk to collect a packet with bag tags and one coaching credential. Coaches without credentials will not be allowed on the bench.
- Assistant coaches on the AES roster wishing to receive a credential MUST check-in with tournament staff to verify the coach is on the roster.
- Check-Out
- Go to AES, Pool Sheet, and See “No Future Matches” and “No Future Work Assignment” to confirm.
- If you lose in bracket, plan to officiate. You will be clear to depart.
- Hospitality – upstairs at Titan
- Rostered coaches with credentials who are coaching and officials who are officiating. Please do not invite players, friends, or children to eat in hospitality.
- Match Protocol
- Match times are a goal. Be prepared to play early.
- Clean your Bench Every Match, please and thanks!
- Warm-ups will be 4-4 for initial match and 3-3 for later matches. Serve within your time.
- R-1(up official) will be provided while teams will provide R-2, Score/Flip, Libero Tracker, and 2 Line Judges
- Have your team ready to officiate at the conclusion of the previous match; report to the R1 official.
- A rostered adult should be courtside while officiating. Consider using a coach as the R2 semi-finals.
- No audio devices or spillable lids.
- Scoring, AES, and Officiating
- FOR BRACKET, ALWAYS CLICK “POOL SHEET” FOR YOUR TEAM TO SEE FUTURE WORK AND OFFICIATING ASSIGNMENTS. DO NOT JUST LOOK AT THE BRACKET BECAUSE YOU MIGHT BE OFFICIATING ANOTHER BRACKET BEFORE YOUR MATCH, OR YOU MIGHT BE OFFICIATING AS A WINNER IN THE BRACKET.
- Format
- 5 Team Pool – 2 sets starting at 4-4
- Bracket – best of 3 starting at 4-4 in non-deciding sets
- 1st and 2nd to Gold
- 3rd and 4th to Silver
- 5th – no responsibilities after pool/no bracket
- Review officiating and playing assignments in AES.
- Losing Team Most Often Officiates – AES will pre-assign both playing teams to officiate the next round of bracket. AES will not determine the officiating team until after the previous match concludes and scores are entered; in most cases, the losing team will officiate on the same court.
- USA Volleyball tie-breakers will be used; review above.
- Medals
- Following the match, pick up medals at championship desk for pictures. Awards will be distributed for 1st and 2nd in gold and 1st only in silver. There are no medals in any bronze division.
